"The owner Parker Smith, does not answer his emails. My agent, Chase, also does not respond to messages. Their communication is severely lacking, their professionalism is non existent. In January, after being hit by another driver, I asked what to do about my Drive and Safe Discount since the Collision shop still had my vehicle. I had received many emails from State Farm to declare my milage, which wasn’t possible. This accident did not go through Sate Farm because we were not at fault. I had to call the State Farm rep at the customer service line for help and was put on hold over 40 minutes because my agent and the owner couldn’t help me. In February, I inquired why my escrow went up when I did not file any claims. I was given no definitive answer except “inflation”. In March, I received at least 6 emails regarding adding my milage again for the Drive and Safe discount, which I couldn’t do because I still had not received my vehicle back. I contacted both Parker and Chase and did not receive help. I then received an unkind email from Parker that said that they “bent over backwards to help me and I was essentially bothering them”. I sincerely was only trying to clarify things that I did not understand clearly. In July, my Homeowner’s Insurance increased by more than a third. I contacted Chase and he did not reply. I emailed Parker several times asking for clarification and received no reply. I went to Ken Rowland’s State Farm agency and was greeted warmly and I switched to this State Farm agency happily. I have all emails and texts to corporate this review. I do not recommend the Parker Smith agency. They are unprofessional and do not help you when you have pertinent questions."
