"This review is for Melissa she is a great receptionist or claims handler she has done everything above and beyond to make sure that my claim to went through and that they got back to me in a timely manner so thank you for everything that you do and thank you everybody at Parker Smith State farm doing a update on State Farm as a corporation who changes the deductible on someone does not let them know and is charging them a $1000 to get their vehicle back. I am very upset, not at Parker. Smith or any of his staff, but corporate in general and is very dissatisfied with the.Recent incident that I had with a deer and the way that state farm is handling, it would not recommend state farm to anyone"
